Sometimes when your USB Stops Working everything stops

Ever wondered all of sudden all your USB ports stop working. USB Drives don't respond , Mouse stops keyboard stops everything stops sometimes and you may end up Reformatting your PC and still not solved..

 

Just do this and all comes back normally instead of reinstalling or Reformatting


1) Turn off the PC

2) Physically plug out the power cable from the CPU end

3) Plug in the power cable

4) Turn on PC

Why this what happens ?

In switched off mode your computer draws 1-6 watts = £3 a year. It keeps your bios charged so that when you remove the power cable the charges on the mother board disipates. ( a lot of domestic equipment when left pluged in but off consumes power ie washing machines dryers TV etc).
