This method describe the way to install .Net Framework 3.5 on Windows
8 from the Windows 8 installation source. This method is useful when
you don’t have access to internet or when the online method fails.
Step 1
Insert Windows 8 DVD in your computer drive or mount the Windows 8 ISO image or extract Windows 8 installation files in a folder
Step 2
Move your mouse to the bottom-left corner of the desktop and right-click. A menu will be displayed. Click Command Prompt (Admin)
Step 3
In the command prompt, type the following command*
*Replace the “d:” with the drive letter (c: , d: , e: , etc)
in which Windows 8 installation files are present or with the location
of the folder which contains Windows 8 installation files.
Step 4
Now press Enter and then wait for installation to finish.
